You may return standard items in the new and unused condition, in which they were received, within two weeks of delivery for a full refund in the original form of payment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Custom-made items, such as belts and accessories made to customer specs, gift cards, any items not in their original condition, as well as damaged items for reasons other than our error, are exempt from being returned. In addition, final sale items are exempt from being returned - these items will be marked "Final Sale" in their descriptions. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return all or some items from your order. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you recieved a wrong item due to an error on our part.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).



We will only sell and ship our products within the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to sell and ship our products internationally at this time. Please note that Canadian customers may be required to pay applicable customs duties upon the receipt of the package - we will not mark any packages as "gifts".

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
